Kaitlyn Carreon

Ms. Carreon has been a counselor at Iron Horse Middle School since 2015. She completed California State University, East Bay’s Educational Psychology program, earning a master’s degree in Counseling (emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy), with a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling. In undergrad, she earned B.A in Psychology at the University of California, Merced, with a minor in Sociology.

 

It is Ms. Carreon’s mission to provide a safe and inclusive learning community for all students so they can become confident and collaborative members of todays diverse society by empowering students to become educated, goal-oriented, dynamics leaders by providing academic, career, and personal/social development.

 

In Ms. Carreon’s free time, she enjoys reading, playing soccer, traveling, spending time with family, and watching Doctor Who.
