Annual Update Reminder for Returning Students

Annual Update Reminder

If you haven’t already done so, please log-in to your Parent Portal account and verify that the info. is accurate.  Circumstances do change (e.g. neighbors who are emergency contacts may move, cell numbers change, etc.) so Annual Updates are extremely important.  In an emergency it is critical that we have the most current contact information for your child.  Another very important part of the Annual Update is for parent/guardians to provide authorization for your child to be utilizing technology in the classroom.  If the Annual Update is not done your child will not be able to use computers, I-pads, etc. on campus


The update window closes soon so please log-on to your Parent Portal (Infinite Campus) account as soon as possible.  After logging into your account scroll down to the “Online Enrollment Annual Update” tab on the left side of the screen (in blue writing) to finalize the process.  If you are new to the district and recently enrolled you still need to complete this process

New Student Enrollment

STEP 1:  Enroll your child in the district by going to the district website at and clicking “Enroll Your Child” under Quick Links.

  • Complete the district online application.  Please note that you need to use Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser.
  • Once the application is complete, print the summary.    


STEP 2:   Once step 1 is complete, make an appointment to come to Iron Horse Middle School to complete the onsite registration.  Appointments can be scheduled here:

Bring the following documents to your appointment:

  1. Printed Online Summary Application
  2. Proof of Residency paperwork (original mortgage or original lease agreement)
  3. A current utility bill
  4. Parent/guardian photo I.D.
  5. Student’s birth certificate or passport
  6. Student’s immunization records

** Please note that enrollment cannot be processed without all of these documents, so please come prepared.  See the district site for details on Proof of Residency and immunization requirements.


Visit the Volunteer Management System to update your information or to register to volunteer if you have not done so previously.

2018-19 SRVUSD Annual Update

San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online "Annual Update" to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.

The Annual Update window for the 2018-19 school year is scheduled to open on July 11th for Iron Horse Middle School. Complete the district online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. To begin the process, click on the Annual Update link located in the bottom left corner of your Welcome page titled “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the update period. Please disregard the message once you have completed this process. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of your portal update.
