New Student Enrollment/Registration


 New Student Enrollment Process

2015-16 School Year

 

 

STEP 1:  Enroll your child in the district by clicking on to "San Ramon Valley Unified School District enrollment website",  and complete the application process.

  • Complete the district online application by clicking on the “2015-16 Enrollment."  Please note that you need to use Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser.
  • Once the application is complete, print the summary.    

 

STEP 2:   To make an online appointment (during the month of July ONLY) click here: http://www.signupgenius.com/tabs/53171DA04A7C2E48-summer  for the summer enrollment center located at California High School, 9870 Broadmoor Drive, San Ramon, CA 94583. 

 

If you are enrolling your child after August 10th, click here: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0e4caba62fa7fd0-newstudent to schedule your appointment with Iron Horse Middle School.

 

              On your scheduled appointment, please arrive with the following documents:

  1. Printed online summary form
  2. Proof of Residency paperwork (original mortgage or lease agreement)
  3. A current utility bill
  4. Parent/guardian photo I.D.
  5. Student’s birth certificate or passport
  6. Students immunization records

Please note that enrollment cannot be processed without all of these documents, so please come prepared.  *See the district site for details on Proof of Residency and immunization requirements*

 

STEP 3:   Now that you have completed enrollment with SRVUSD, the next step is to register on the Iron Horse Middle School website.  The schools registration page is where you purchase P.E. clothes, make Ed Fund and PTA donations, etc. This registration site opens August 10, 2015.

  • Go to the Iron Horse website at http://www.ihms.srvusd.net/
  • Go to the “Quick Links” area on the right hand side of the page and click on “Online Registration”
  • Scroll down and click “Create Account” then follow the system prompts.
  • Once the account has been created, log-on and complete the registration.
  • Print your receipt for your records. Please keep this receipt to refer to throughout the year.

Congratulations!  You have completed the registration process.
